"I am 74 years old and have been working with Yvonne for about 6 weeks. I have had a major stroke and 2 hip replacements. As a result, I have very bad balance and a tendency to drag my left leg. My balance is not great yet, but it has improved a lot. I seldom drag my leg. The best part is that I have lost about 10 pounds.
